Whilst care has been taken by Dalrivier Farm to ensure the general safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Dalrivier Farm is an active working farm in full operation with potential dangerous situations being present on the farm from open water, dogs and rough terrain etc. The owners therefore do not accept any liability in the event that any injyry, loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest, his children and / or their visitors. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure the safekeeping of his party, their assets and their general wellbeing. Should anything be unclear, the Guest undertakes to contact the manager for assistance at his earliest convenience.
Swimming Splash Pool
No swimming facilities area available on the farm. All water storage areas on the farm pose a hazard to human recreational use and is therefore NOT suitable for swimming or recreational purposes.
Loss or Damage to Dalrivier Farm
Should Dalrivier Farm suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act of omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest may be held liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
Right of Admission Reserved
Dalrivier Farm at al times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
For the comfort of our guests, Dalrivier Farm is a strictly non smoking accommodation establishment. In addition, smoking poses a serious fire hazard in this rural agricultural area especially in summertime when conditions are dry and windy.
Dalrivier Farm is situated in an area that is prone to veld fires. Guests area requested not to start open fires. Fires made for preparing meat should be made in suitable containers as provided at each Cottage. Should such a container not be available, guests should contact the manager for assistance.
Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Dalrivier Farm or whilst using its facilities.
